TARIFF
Minimum stay three nights.
Price includes: (for two) bed linen, towels*, electricity, water and final clean. Payment by cash or PayPal.

€110.00 per weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun)

NOTA BENE
*Towels: One set of four towels, 2 bath and 2 face, are provided in the price per week, extra towels are available at a cost of €5.00 a set.
€100.00 security deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, refunded on departure less any damages.
No smoking inside the premises but smoking is permissible in the garden.
There are wooden floors throughout so woolly socks or slippers are recommended for those who suffer from chilly feet; there are hot water bottles supplied.
There are feather and foam pillows available, if you suffer from allergies please let me know in advance.
Unfortunately due to steep stairways the house is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties or children.
Arrival after 16.00 hours, departure by 10.00 hours.
